Biography

Ras TT Singer,Song Writer.Entertianment based in North West London who was Raised in Kingston ,Portmore Jamaica. He is the son of veteran Reggae singer Philip Fraser and Brother of Roots Reggae Singer Ras Fraser from a young Age found himself performing in front of large crowds including friends and family which gave him the confidence to chase music as a career. After leaving Jamaica in 2002 he returned to the UK where he continued his education whilst perusing his passion to entertain those around him. That same saw him join Reggae ,R&B group “Flammable Ent.” which helped him gain recording experience and stage presence. Although “Flammable Ent.” helped Ras TT gain exposure and experience within the music industry he felt it was neccesary for him to return to Jamaica where he was mentored for further self improvement. His return to Jamaica also gave him the chance to meet up and work with old friends such as Minott, Mega Banton, Errol Dunkly, Tanto Metro and Devonte along with some very influencial producers like Auto Whale (Owner of Free Willy recording studios), King Jammys and Shocking Vybez to name a few.In late 2003 he returned back to the UK with a more focused attitude towards getting the right sound and people to work with. Then in 2004 he joined a group called “Nutty Energy” which helped grow his networking circle and giving him the chance to meet recording artists such as Joe, Ghostface Killah (Wu-Tang), N Dubz, JLS, Estelle and many more.In 2007 Ras TT joined “Limilus Ent.”, a group formed from his childhood friends. In the same year he released his first single entitled “Save Your Love” which took over local and overground radio stations. This lead to the release of his debut mixtape “Everyday I Rise, Vol.1” and the opportunity to work with various producers locally and overseas.2009 saw Ras TT link up with riseing UK Danchall artist and friend Gappy Ranks after performing at Gappy’s much talked about Birthday Bash that summer where Ras TT got a lot of positive feedback on his performance. Shortly after, Ras TT released singles “Lead My Way”, “Party Time” and “Everyday I Rise”, the later produced by “Spectacular Productions” based in London, UK.In 2011 Ras TT and Gappy Ranks collaborated on a track entitled “Before I Die” which was produced by Pierre Boost of Special Delivery. The video was shot that summer and released in 2012 along with Ras TT’s latest Mixtape “Every Day I Rise, Vol.2”.We can now look forward to 2013 and the release of his first Roots Reggae LP and thelaunch of his independent record label “Fari Records”.
